There are many things happening at Nebulab. This page is the yearly plan that sets the tempo for our rituals; each one links to the page that describes it.
Deadlines sometimes shift around, but we try our best to stay within this calendar.
- All-hands meetings: quarterly, usually after the leadership retreat. We skip one when there are no significant updates.
- Async updates: ongoing.
Growth
Section titled “Growth”- 1:1 meetings: usually every two weeks.
- Performance reviews: yearly, in June.
- Compensation reviews: yearly, right after the performance review.
- Engagement surveys: spring and fall.
- Learning Wednesdays: weekly.
Team life
Section titled “Team life”- Team retreat: yearly, usually in May.
- Intros: weekly.
- Happy hours: monthly.
- End of the year party: December.
