At Nebulab, we believe that learning, especially when it helps solve day-to-day problems, is the cornerstone of personal and professional development. Time and budget

Investment Time: 10% of your work hours (about 165 hours a year) for growth and well-being.
Conferences: up to 4 work days and €400/$500 per year for tickets.
Learning budget: we reimburse industry-related books, workshops and courses, subject to your manager’s approval. Courses is a curated catalog to start from.
English: lessons and courses, with the base Talaera subscription covered for everyone.

Learning together

Learning Wednesdays: weekly workshops, clubs, presentations and AMAs run by teammates.
Live Tech Spotlight: a monthly session on a project, client or tool.
Team retreats: every retreat includes a closed-door conference of talks and workshops by our team.
