Everyone at Nebulab should work at a healthy, sustainable pace and take time off to disconnect from work and recharge.

  • Working hours: an 8-hour day on a fully flexible schedule, from wherever you do your best work, tracked by clocking in and out on Bob. Overtime is the exception.
  • Time off: 22 holiday days and up to 104 hours of hourly leave per year depending on tenure (up to 35 days in total), 12 national holidays, sick leave, special paid leave, and unpaid leave when you need it.

Two more allowances sit on top of these and are tracked in Bob as well: Investment Time, 10% of your working hours, and up to 4 conference days per year.
