Relocation policy

Are you moving to a different place and going to work from there?
If you want to know how we approach Salary reviews and Relocation, take a look at it in the   Compensation  .
Relocation also brings logistics and administrative challenges, so we thought to manage it with an automated process.
To start a Relocation workflow, go to the #general channel, and start 🚚 RelocationBot (you can find it by pressing the + in the Message field).
You'll be required to fill out a form with the following information:
  • the place where you are now;
  • the place where you want to move;
  • an approximate moving date;
  • if you plan to stay there for a long or a short period. This is a crucial piece of information. If it is temporary (up to 1 year), there isn't so much to do. If you're going to move for the longer term (more than 1 year), we need to figure out if we need to update your current location in the salary tool and pick a new data point to be used in the following salary reviews.
  • your manager, who will be explicitly notified and asked to add a talking point to your next 1:1.
