Each initiative is classified into one of the sections of this chapter of the Playbook:  Work ,  Grow ,  Relate .

Be warned, sometimes deadlines shift around and change but we will try our best to stay within this calendar.

Work

  •  Project Work : Tackle dynamic projects with your team, where daily collaboration shapes innovative solutions.
  •  Monthly All-Hands : Every month, we connect company-wide to celebrate successes and align on our goals, ensuring everyone is moving forward together.
  •  Async Updates : Ongoing, regular updates keep you informed and engaged, fitting seamlessly into your workflow without the need for real-time meetings.

Grow

  •  1:1 Meetings : Held regularly, these sessions with your manager focus on personal growth, current challenges, and future plans.
  •  Performance Reviews : Conducted in March and September, these reviews assess your progress and set the course for your continued development.
  •  Compensation Review : In April, after the performance review, we review and adjust compensation to match your growth and market trends.
  •  Engagement Surveys : Twice a year, in spring and fall, these surveys collect your feedback to improve our workplace.
  •  Pulse Surveys : Quick, regular weekly check-ins provide insights into team morale and help us adapt dynamically.

Relate

  •  Team Retreat : Our annual retreat in May is a highlight, blending relaxation with relationship-building in an inspiring setting.
  •  Intros & Pair Programming : Twice a week, Intros foster casual connections, while Monthly Pair Programming sessions blend collaboration with skill-building.
  •  End of the Year Party : In December, we come together to celebrate the year's achievements and ring in the festive season.
