1:1 Meetings: Held regularly, these sessions with your manager focus on personal growth, current challenges, and future plans.
Performance Reviews: Conducted in March and September, these reviews assess your progress and set the course for your continued development.
Compensation Review: In April, after the performance review, we review and adjust compensation to match your growth and market trends.
Engagement Surveys: Twice a year, in spring and fall, these surveys collect your feedback to improve our workplace.
Pulse Surveys: Quick, regular weekly check-ins provide insights into team morale and help us adapt dynamically.
Relate
Team Retreat: Our annual retreat in May is a highlight, blending relaxation with relationship-building in an inspiring setting.
Intros & Pair Programming: Twice a week, Intros foster casual connections, while Monthly Pair Programming sessions blend collaboration with skill-building.
End of the Year Party: In December, we come together to celebrate the year's achievements and ring in the festive season.
