The typical path to partnership goes through leadership roles that progressively expand your business impact:
Engagement Manager → Associate Partner → Partner
As an Engagement Manager, you own client relationships and project success. As an Associate Partner, you begin contributing to company strategy and business development. As a Partner, you share full ownership of Nebulab's direction and growth.
