Being updated on company-wide developments is crucial at Nebulab. This section outlines how we keep everyone informed about broader organizational narratives, project milestones, and departmental updates while navigating individual roles.
Any important communication will be sent out in the form of Bob 's shoutouts, which will post a message on #announcements, send out an email and make the communication visible in Bob's homepage when you clock-in. Every month, our entire team convenes for an All-Hands meeting. This is our time to regroup, realign, and discuss company strategy. Although these meetings are synchronous, recordings are provided so everyone can re-watch and absorb the discussed strategies at their own pace.
Sometimes we utilize asynchronous video updates. Whether it's a minor departmental update, a project update, or the introduction of a new ritual, it's shared in this format. This way, everyone stays informed while respecting individual time and work schedules, ensuring that all updates are accessible at one's convenience.
